[SDSPS Members] Right of Way

In the latest SHIPS MAIL, the question was posed:  who has the right  of way 
when their is a boat towing a water skier off your port bow.  Old  Salt's 
answer was "use common sense".  True, but let's define that.   Technically you do  
have the right of way, but keep in mind that  the Prudential (prudent)  Rule 
carries:  Do whatever it takes to avoid  collision.
