This invitation is in direct competition with the District 28 Fall
Conference in Carlsbad. San Luis Rey Power Squadron has invested heavily
in time and resources to pull this off and organizing a Sail Fleet Race
may put our budget and participation in jeopardy.

Won't you join us for October SDSPS Sail Fleet race on the bay on
Saturday the 13th?  This month we are racing to the south bay.  If you
would like to crew, looking for crew or would just like to go along for
a pleasant day's sail please call Mike Sampsel at 619 421-3345.
Skippers needing crew may also call Mike.  The course is attached.  For
those unable to open the file the course is also presented below.
