[SDSPS Members] Directions to the Picnic and final confirmation

Dear Friends,
   
  Here are the directions to the US Coast Guard Station ( technically "the Coast Guard Activities Control Center.")  Drive on Harbor Drive to the USCG facility just south of the San Diego Airport, See the Helecopters.  Turn in at the main gate.  If you are on Harbor Drive coming from the city center, there is a left hand turn lane to turn into this gate. From the north, such as Point Loma, take Rosecrans, turn south on Harbor Drive and turn right into the Coast Guard gate, just south of the Airport.
   
  Your name must appear on this list.  See attached word document.  It is listed as the requests came in to keep your guests names associated with yours. If your name is not on this list, it must be added.  The guard will have the list at the gate.  Please contact Burger Meister Bill Bridge to add names before the end of the day on Wednesday. mandbbridge at earthlink.net or better yet, call him at 619-281-3410.  Do not reply to this email.   To Spend an Afternoon at the U. S. Coast Guard Station
  At the San Diego Bay
  San Diego Sail & Power Squadron Picnic and BBQ
   And General Membership Meeting
  Sunday, July 8, 20007 at 12:00 Noon 
  The cost is $5.00 per person; children under age 12 are FREE.  
  Please bring your favorite picnic side dish or dessert to share
  and your own refreshments (Chips, Food, Sodas, Beer, etc.)
  Chef and Grill Meister P/D/C Bill Bridge will be serving up freshly
  barbequed hamburgers and hot dogs for all. We will provide plates and flatware.
   
  RSVP IS REQUIRED Prior to end of Wednesday, July 4, 2007
  Do not reply to this Email.  Contact Bill Bridge as given above.
  For Security reasons your name and that of your possible guests must be submitted to the Coast Guard in advance or you will not be allowed on base. Payment can be made at the picnic.
