To date, I have not had a strong response to "Bill's  Call For Food" above.  
Today is the deadline, and there are  still many empty spots available on 
Chester's huge kitchen island and dining  room table.
 
Please bring your item ready to put out for service, including a serving  
utensil.  There are spots to plug in any electrical appliances.  We  are 
expecting approximately 80 members at this event, so let's be sure to  provide a great 
spread.  Many will have driven from Phoenix or Newport  Beach that day and 
will be ready to have something nice to go along with that  cocktail.
 
If you suffer from culinary blockage, and don't know what to bring - feel  
free to make an offer of cash.  I will then shop on your behalf and fill in  
items to round out our event.  Recommendation would be in the range of $20,  just 
let me know.
 
 
To date what we have coming (and multiples on one line are from the same  
member):
 
    *   Chicken Drumettes 
    *   Shrimp & Cocktail Sauce 
    *   Homemade Bow Tie Pasta Salad w/Italian Dressing and Crock of Seasoned 
 Meatballs 
    *   Sloppy Joes & Rolls, Cheeseball, and Pickled Mushrooms 
    *   Gravlax (maybe) 
    *   Sushi Boat 
    *   Cold Bean Salad and Butterscotch Brownies 
    *   Artichoke/Spinach Dip or 7 Layer Mexican Dip or Fruit  Dip 
w/Strawberries or Meatballs (Still deciding!)
 
 
Please come out and support not only your Squadron, but your new  Commander.  
Please respond to me no later than the end of the day Friday  (February 23).
 
When you arrive at Chester's Home, myself, Katie Law, or Cida Diehl will be  
the ladies to see to help you set up your food donation in the kitchen.
