[SDSPS Members] Help on D-28 Conference

Attention all hands!! SDSPS is the host for the Dist Conference on 2-3 Mar. We hope you can attend the functions as outlined in the LEADLINE. Even if you can't we still need your help..At the Fri. night social at Chester Whites home we need to provide the food for that 2 hr. event.More than chips and dip we need vegs,fruit tray,meat balls, cheese,cold cuts, or other wonderful items you can come up with.Marie Baer is coordinating  so contact her at mkbaer1 at aol.com by Feb 20 and let her know you can provide. Most food should arrive by 1730.
   The other event is the raffle which occurs after dinner on Sat.3 Mar. Please contact Barbara Goddard at teddybag at aol.com and give her a list of what item or items you can provide for the raffle. Do so by 20 Feb so we can prepare proper publicity, The items themselves do not need to be available until Sat. night # Mar at the Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside at 4875 North Harbor Drivve.
   We are the host so please help make this a special time for yourselves and the Dist members  who travel here and come make new friends.
  This is a Dist COW so come see what your Dist. is doing and help us put on an excellant fun event.
    DON'T FORGET!!! DO IT TODAY
